Abstract: ICT can be used in designing and implementing an instructional program (a designed student-centred instruction ) based on constructivist, hands-on inquiry and context-based approaches. The model involves four steps: introduction, handson inquiry, class discussion and application. The main tools used here are computer and internet or World Wide Web. Those tools use in designing the model, writing lesson plans, writing handouts, worksheet or digging information during the lessons taking place.
