Acara dibuka Oleh Wakil Rektor I UM Prof. Dr. Hariyono, M.Pd, dan dilajutkan penandatanganan Kontrak Kinerja.

BUKU PEDOMAN KURIKULUM PENDIDIKAN TINGGI Tahun 2014
Pada tanggal 20 April 2015, FMIPA UM mengadakan kegiatan pertmuan orang tua/wali mahaiswa yang terlambat lulus (angkatan 2005-2009) dengan Pimpinan Fakultas/Jurusan/Prodi, pembimbing skripsi, dan dosen penasihat akademik yang diselenggarakan di Aula FMIPA UM, pertemuan dihadiri oleh 62 orang tua mahasiswa yang terlambat lulus. Kegiatan dibua oleh Dekan FMIPA UM (Dr. Markus Diantoro, M.Si), dilanjutkan pengarahan umum tentang sitem akademik dan permasalahan yang menyebakan keterlambatan penjelasan studi di FMIPA UM oleh Wakil Dekan I FMIPA UM (Dr. Ibrohim, M.Si). Kegiatan ini diadakan berdasarkan pada hasil evaluasi kelulusan pada setiap semester dalam proses yudisium, maupun data jumlah mahasiswa yang meminta perpanjangan studi. Berdasarkan pelacakkan sementara melalui data pada siakad.um.ac.id, ditemukan bahwa sejumlah mahasiswa FMIPA angkatan 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, dan 2009 yang belum lulus sampai semester gasal 2014/2015. Setelah pengarahan dari Wakil Dekan I setiap mahaiswa dan orang tua diwajibkan mengisi angket, pengisian angket ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengidentifikasi penyebab timbulnya keterlambatan mahasiswa menyelesaikan studi, dan (2) memperoleh informasi dan masukkan dari mahasiswa dan orang tua untuk mengantisipasi terlambat lulus. Selanjutnya dilaksanakan diskusi dan pembuatan kesepakatan antara dosen PA/Pembimbing Skripsi dan mahasiswa dengan mengetahui ketua Jurusan dan Dekan. Melalui Kegiatan ini diharapkan mahasiswa yang belum lulus dapat segera menyelesaikan sudinya.
